Container Booking System (CBS) Go Live 1st January 2025 – Suspension of new charges for January As previously communicated, the Port of Felixstowe’s update to its Container Booking System (CBS, previously known as VBS) will go live from January 1st 2025. 

To provide haulage partners a period of adjustment to the new system parameters, there will be no charging for Late Notification Period (LNP) changes, or peak time bookings during January. 

Charges for Guaranteed Bookings and No Shows will still apply, with invoicing & collection for January applied as normal in February. 

The new charges will apply from February 1st, with invoicing in March.
