Please kindly note that we have received notices this afternoon of expected high winds in Felixstowe Port area. This will inevitably mean that vehicle booking slots (VBS) will likely be cancelled, and even slower operations are to be expected at the Ports.
As always, please bear with us whilst we navigate the situation with the hauliers for imminent deliveries.
We wanted to politely advise you that any additional costs as a result of these issues will unfortunately need to be passed on, and we apologise in advance for the inconvenience these issues may cause.
