Following on from our notice earlier this week regarding container collection delays, we wanted to further advise our clients that hauliers are not currently offering any reduction or extension on their agreed container unloading times during this period.
We are aware that due to social distancing, container unloading may take longer than usual, however, extensions are currently not being granted. Any additional unloading time will of course always be passed on at complete cost to our clients.
We would ask you to kindly consider this when booking in deliveries.
